Worth it for your operation?
Pros
- Published $97/month after a 14-day trial
- Native phone system and SMS follow-up (A2P called out)
- Insurance-specific bundles (Medicare, life, IUL, group, P&C, final expense)
- Renewal-reminder and cross-sell automations in the marketing story
Watch-outs
- Not a policy AMS — no carrier download or commission recon
- SMS/calling carrier fees sit on top of $97
- Native producer mobile app is not a clear public claim on the homepage we scored
- GoHighLevel-shaped stack: powerful follow-up, little insurance back office
Score by criterion
The dark mark on each bar is the average of the 12 systems in this ranking. Criteria with higher weight pull the overall score more.
Policy records — number, coverage, carrier, and status — without a parallel spreadsheet or a second system of record.
Commission tracking, splits, or carrier-statement reconciliation in the same product as the policy — not a sibling SKU or a spreadsheet.
Renewal workflow, alerts, and retention on the in-force book — not only a “won” stage or a new-business funnel.
Native SMS or messaging inbox on the client or policy card, with team history. WhatsApp Business API also counts. Portal-only chat and marketplace apps do not.
Public plan in USD, trial, and what sits outside the monthly fee. Mandatory add-ons for day-to-day AMS work lower the score.
English UI, policy and commission vocabulary, and time until a producer or CSR can work without a months-long implementation project.

Editorial analysis
Agent CRM in detail
Agent CRM is the $97 follow-up engine. Dialer, SMS, funnels, and insurance bundles are the product. The policy book lives somewhere else. Carrier fees for text and voice are extra, and the vendor says so.
Who it is for
Solo life/Medicare/P&C producers buying leads who need speed-to-lead more than downloads. Downlines and IMO-style teams are a secondary pitch on the same page.
What drives the score
Price, curve, and messaging are high. Policies, commissions, and quoting are intentionally weak. Renewals stay mid-low — reminders are not AMS retention.
How we read the sources
Based on agent-crm.com (trial → $97/month, bundles, phone/SMS, carrier-fee disclosure).
Frequently asked questions
Can Agent CRM replace AgencyBloc or EZLynx?
As a follow-up and appointment machine, it can own the lead. As the policy and commission system, no. Keep an AMS if you have a book to service.
Why are renewals false if the site mentions renewal reminders?
Marketing reminders are not a renewal workflow on the in-force policy record. The flag asks for book-level renewal ops, not a drip.
