Rules for using bestCRM.pro — editorial content, no warranties, acceptable use, and limitation of liability.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of bestCRM.pro (the “Site”), operated by bestCRM (“we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

What the Site is

bestCRM is an editorial CRM comparer by industry vertical. Scores, rankings, feature flags, and write-ups are our opinions based on publicly available sources at the time of review. They are not lab tests, certifications, endorsements, or personalized professional advice.

No professional advice

Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, medical, tax, procurement, or technology consulting advice. Software choices for clinics, law firms, schools, and other regulated industries may involve compliance duties that only you (and your advisors) can assess. Always verify current features, pricing, contracts, and compliance with the vendor before you buy or migrate.

Accuracy and changes

Vendors change products, pricing, and documentation without notice. We update profiles when we can, and each profile shows a last-reviewed date, but we do not guarantee that any page is complete, current, or error-free. Official vendor materials and a live demo control over our summary.

Intellectual property

  • Site design, text, methodology, scores, and selection of criteria are protected by applicable IP laws. You may not scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the Site for a competing commercial comparer without our prior written consent.
  • You may link to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the source page.
  • Product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Use on the Site is for identification and commentary only. No affiliation or endorsement is implied unless we say so explicitly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Probe, overload, or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure
  • Bypass rate limits, security controls, or access controls
  • Use automated means to harvest the Site at a volume that harms service for others
  • Misrepresent scores or quotes from the Site as lab results, certifications, or vendor statements
  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes

We may suspend or block access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or threatens the Site.

Outbound links (including vendor sites) are not under our control. If a referral / affiliate link appears, it will be labeled on the product page. Referral relationships do not change scores or ranking placement. Clicking a referral link may mean we earn a commission from the vendor under their program terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BESTCRM AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless bestCRM and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the “Updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence require otherwise. Courts in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that may be brought in court, subject to those mandatory protections.
