Privacy Policy
How bestCRM.pro collects, uses, and stores information when you visit the site — including the first-party visit cookie.

This Privacy Policy explains what bestCRM (“we”, “us”) does with information when you use bestCRM.pro. The site is an editorial CRM comparer. We do not run user accounts, checkout, or a customer database on this site.
Who we are

What we collect
First-party visit analytics (“statz”)
To count unique visits per day we may:
- Set a first-party cookie named
statzwith a random visitor token (UUID). The cookie isHttpOnly,SameSite=Lax, and lasts up to about 400 days. - Store a same-day flag in
localStorage(keystatz) so your browser does not send a duplicate hit the same calendar day (America/New_York). - Store your cookie choice in
localStorage(keystatz-consent:acceptedordeclined).
When a visit is counted, we store only:
- the calendar date of the visit, and
- the anonymous visitor token.
We do not store your name, email, IP address, or browsing history in that analytics store. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not sell, rent, or share visit data with data brokers or ad networks.
Visit counts are kept in a Cloudflare D1 database bound to our Worker, typically for operational reporting (for example, a rolling window of recent days).
Analytics run only if you accept cookies in the site banner. If you decline, we do not set the statz cookie or record a visit from that choice.
Server and hosting logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare and related infrastructure may process technical data such as IP address, user-agent, timestamps, and request URLs as part of delivering the site, security, and abuse prevention. That processing follows Cloudflare’s own terms and privacy notices.
Fonts
Pages may load fonts from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address and related request data when the font files are fetched. See Google’s privacy documentation for that service.
Content and links
Profiles may link to third-party vendor sites (and, if ever present, labeled referral links). Those sites have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for them.
What we do not collect on this site
- No account registration or login
- No payment or billing forms
- No newsletter signup form (unless we add one later and update this policy)
- No third-party advertising pixels or social tracking pixels on bestCRM pages today

You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. Declining analytics (or clearing consent and choosing decline again) stops new visit recording from that browser.
How we use information

Legal bases (where applicable)
If you are in a region that requires a legal basis (for example the EEA/UK), we rely on consent for the optional statz analytics cookie, and on legitimate interests / necessity for security and delivery of the static site through our host.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
For this site, the main personal identifier we may hold from analytics is the anonymous statz token in your browser cookie (and matching rows in our visit store). To exercise a right, email privacy@bestcrm.pro and describe your request. If you can, include the statz cookie value from your browser so we can locate related rows.
California residents: we do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are commonly used under the CCPA/CPRA for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
Children
The site is aimed at business operators choosing software. It is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Retention
Anonymous visit rows are kept only as long as needed for reporting and operations (on the order of months, not indefinite marketing profiles). Consent preferences stay in your browser until you clear them.
International transfers
Infrastructure may process data in the United States and other regions where Cloudflare and our tooling operate. If you visit from elsewhere, your information may be processed in those locations.
Changes
We may update this policy when the site’s practices change. The “Updated” date at the top of this page will move when we do. Material changes will be reflected here; continued use after an update means the new policy applies to later visits.
