InsuredMine
Insurance CRM layered on the AMS — Account 360, pipeline, two-way AMS sync, native texting from the mobile app, and AI renewal/cross-sell flags. The homepage is explicit: the AMS stores the policy; InsuredMine works the relationship. 14-day trial; seat price is not a public number.

Worth it for your operation?
Pros
- Account 360 and policy-aware CRM with two-way AMS sync (Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft, QQCatalyst, Sagitta)
- Text or call from the vendor mobile app, logged to the account
- Renewal-risk and next-best-action positioning on the in-force book
- SOC 2 Type II called out on the site
Watch-outs
- Not a replacement AMS — commissions, downloads, and rating stay next door
- Seat price is not published (trial page, then sales)
- Insurance-specific compliance tooling (SOA, E&O file) is not the product shape
- AMS integration is excluded from the trial, per the pricing FAQ
Score by criterion
The dark mark on each bar is the average of the 12 systems in this ranking. Criteria with higher weight pull the overall score more.
Policy records — number, coverage, carrier, and status — without a parallel spreadsheet or a second system of record.
Commission tracking, splits, or carrier-statement reconciliation in the same product as the policy — not a sibling SKU or a spreadsheet.
Renewal workflow, alerts, and retention on the in-force book — not only a “won” stage or a new-business funnel.
Native SMS or messaging inbox on the client or policy card, with team history. WhatsApp Business API also counts. Portal-only chat and marketplace apps do not.
Public plan in USD, trial, and what sits outside the monthly fee. Mandatory add-ons for day-to-day AMS work lower the score.
English UI, policy and commission vocabulary, and time until a producer or CSR can work without a months-long implementation project.
What ships natively

Editorial analysis
InsuredMine in detail
InsuredMine is the relationship layer on the AMS. Account 360, pipeline, SMS, and renewal-risk AI are the product. Your downloads and commissions stay in Epic, HawkSoft, or AMS360.
Who it is for
P&C agencies that already picked an AMS and need producers to actually work the book — texts, tasks, cross-sell — without living in the management system all day.
What drives the score
Renewals and messaging lead. Policies stay mid — Account 360 is policy-aware, the AMS is still the book. Commissions and quoting are low on purpose. Price is mid-low (trial exists, dollars do not).
How we read the sources
Based on insuredmine.com (Account 360, AMS list, mobile texting) and the pricing/trial page (trial limits, SOC 2, no public seat fee).
Frequently asked questions
Why is the policy book marked false if Account 360 shows policies?
Same sibling/system-of-record rule as everywhere on bestCRM. InsuredMine’s homepage says the AMS stores the policy. Account 360 is a relationship view on top of that book — not the native policy system of record — so `apolices` stays false. Commissions and quoting stay false for the same reason.
Can InsuredMine replace HawkSoft or Epic?
No. The homepage says the AMS tracks the policy and InsuredMine works the relationship. Keep the AMS.
